Audra Membership Program Rules & Policies

Overview

This Membership Program is designed to offer exclusive benefits, rewards, and experiences to our valued members. By joining, members agree to the terms outlined in this policy, and all other store policies.

Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals who:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Agree to abide by the program’s terms and conditions
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date contact and payment information

Membership Types

We offer the following membership tiers:

Audra Friends: Includes two event tickets per month, access to Audra Perk Pass, Referral Rewards for inviting others, free Birthday event, Birthday discount code.

Audra VIP: Includes three event tickets per month, one Quick Date ticket per month, access to Audra Perk Pass, Referral Rewards for inviting others, free Birthday event, birthday discount code

Audra Elite: Includes four event tickets per month, 10% discount on all purchases excluding membership fees, one Quick Date ticket per month, access to Audra Perk Pass, Referral Rewards for inviting others, free Birthday event, Birthday discount code

Note: Prices and benefits may vary and are subject to change without notice. All memberships offer an additional discount when annual billing is selected.

Membership Benefits

Based on selected tier, members may receive:

Exclusive offers and discounts: Sent throughout the year- coupon codes, etc. 

Audra Perk Pass Access: The Audra Perk Pass is your pass to a free event! Collect 7 stamps to get a free event ticket. One stamp will be added to your pass for each event you attend. Get a free event ticket after you attend 7 events! Must log in and purchase from a customer account to collect stamps. If an event is purchased and a no-show, cancellation, or reschedule occurs, the stamp will be removed for that purchase. Free ticket valid after all seven events have been attended. Free tickets not valid on Adventure Club Premium events. Not Valid on Membership fees. Not transferable, no cash value if free event is unused. Stamps earned with member tickets will be added to your Perk Pass within 48 hours after the event ends.

Referral Rewards: Refer a friend by sharing your discount code for 20% off, sent to you through email. Referral discount valid for new customers only and valid on first purchase only. After your referral purchases and attends the event, you will receive a code for 30% off your next purchase. Discount codes not valid on membership fees. Reward code valid for 90 days after issuance date. One discount code per purchase. No limit to the amount of friends you can refer.

Birthday Discount: 25% off discount code sent via email during your birthday month. Valid on any event purchase during your birthday month. Not valid on membership fees. Code will be sent via email. Must complete birthday registration to receive the birthday discount benefit. 

Free Birthday Event: Receive a free event ticket to attend the birthday event scheduled during your birthday month. Free ticket is exclusively valid for the “Born to Party” birthday event during your birthday month only. Member must register for birthday event using membership registration page. Must complete birthday registration to receive the free birthday ticket.

Events Included per Month: The number of event tickets included per month is subject to the selected membership tier. (Audra Friends: 2 tickets, Audra VIP: 3 tickets, Audra Elite: 4 tickets) Tickets are valid for the specified number of events per month only. To use a membership ticket, use the member RSVP link included in your member hub. After all available tickets are used, additional tickets can be purchased at regular price. Unused tickets at the end of month are eligible to rollover to the next month, provided the membership is active. If the membership is cancelled, all unused event tickets will expire at the end of the membership term. To pause your membership without cancellation, contact support.

Quick Date tickets: Elite & VIP members will receive one Quick Date ticket per month. If the Quick Date event you would like to attend is sold out, email support to see if we can accommodate the request, as we give priority to our VIP and Elite members wherever possible. To use a membership Quick Date ticket, use the member RSVP link included in your member hub.

10% Discount: Elite members receive a discount for 10% off all purchases. Code is valid during active membership term. Discount not valid on membership fees. All products except Meet Audra membership fees are eligible for discount. Discount can not be shared with other members, not transferable and only valid for purchases made by the registered member. Discount expires when membership is cancelled. To use the discount, log in to your member account before making a purchase and the discount is automatically applied.

Membership Benefits are not transferable, cannot be resold or gifted, and are valid for registered member only. Unused benefits have no redemption or cash value. Benefits are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

Membership Fees, Payment, and Renewals

Fees are due monthly or annually and will be automatically billed based on how member registers for the membership. Membership will auto-renew unless cancelled at least 3 business days prior to renewal.

No refunds will be issued after payment is made. See our Refund Policy for more information.

Pause Membership: Memberships can be paused without cancellation for up to 90 days. During pause all member benefits are on hold, including the use of member event tickets. Members can not use event tickets or member discounts during a membership pause. Members will not be charged a monthly fee until membership is reactivated. To pause your membership, contact Support@MeetAudra.com or manage your membership from your customer account.

Membership Reactivation: Members can reactivate their membership after cancellation any time by purchasing a new membership or contacting support. Expired member benefits from a previous membership do not renew after reactivation. Contact support with any questions.

Renewals: All memberships renew on an annual or monthly basis, subject to how the member registered, until cancelled. Log in to your member account to cancel your membership or contact support at: Support@MeetAudra.com

Cancellation & Termination

Members may cancel anytime by logging into the member account or email us at Support@MeetAudra.com. If member would like to cancel within 3 days of next payment, please email support to ensure your membership is promptly canceled and you do not get billed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for:

  • Violations of terms
  • Fraudulent or inappropriate behavior
  • Inactivity for more than 12 months
  • Any other reason we deem necessary

Privacy & Data

Member information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Program

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Membership Program and it's benefits at any time. Members will be notified of major changes via email or website.
